128 Hazelton is a modern interpretation of a classical 19th-century midrise European building and features a rich palette of masonry and metal. It aims to complete the northern gateway into Toronto’s Yorkville-Hazelton Conservation District.
All interior amenity spaces and common areas will be designed by Brian Gluckstein. There’s underground valet parking for residents, a private ground floor garden, and the building’s nine-storey design will include retail and commercial space along Davenport.
In the neighbourhood
Around the corner lies Bloor Street, Canada’s leading luxury marketplace with flagship stores for global brands. Yorkville has many popular restaurants that are steps away from the condo. Green spaces are nearby at Ramsden Park and Yorkville Park.
Location and transit
This is a great, central downtown location with plenty of bike lanes and quick access to the Bloor-Danforth and Yonge TTC subway lines. Motorists are a quick jaunt from the Don Valley Parkway.
